Job Description:
- To make outbound calls to delinquent account holders on their overdue payments
- To perform collection service calls to remind customers of their repayment responsibilities through effective communication & persuade customers to make settlement on overdue payments
- To evaluate customers' profile & adopt the most effective collection strategy to maximise collection through effective negotiations
- To resolve any issues raised by customer
- To ensure the collections system comply with company policy
- To provide high level of customer servicing
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualification
- Dynamic, highly motivated, a results-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills and phone ethics.
- Individuals with exceptional customer service skills are perferred
- Applicants with a minimum of 6 months' experience in call centre job will have an added advantage
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Applicants must be willing to work in ARA DAMANSARA (location of new office), Selangor
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
- Candidate must be able to communicate proficiently in English, Bahasa Melayu & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin preferably)
