Telesales Executive (Credit Cards) - Ara Damansara

Job Description:
  • To make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote various investment products.
  • To deliver and educate prospective customers on the benefits of the investment products.
  • To identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell investment products and to provide services to prospective customers.
  • To advise customers and to close the sales via various payment modes.
  • To work closely with other team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met.


Job Requirements:
  • We are looking for energetic candidates eager to earn good money in the age range of 23 - 35 years old with minimum SPM qualification.
  • Candidate MUST possess a minimum of 1 year's work experience, preferably in sales and marketing (having telemarketing experience will be an advantage).
  • Good communication skills (ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage).
  • Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player.
  • *Fresh graduates with a high drive to earn money will be considered.

    Credit Control Professionals ( Chinese Speaking ) ARA DAMANSARA


    Job Description:

    • To make outbound calls to delinquent account holders on their overdue payments
    • To perform collection service calls to remind customers of their repayment responsibilities through effective communication & persuade customers to make settlement on overdue payments
    • To evaluate customers' profile & adopt the most effective collection strategy to maximise collection through effective negotiations
    • To resolve any issues raised by customer
    • To ensure the collections system comply with company policy
    • To provide high level of customer servicing

    Job Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualification
    • Dynamic, highly motivated, a results-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills and phone ethics.
    • Individuals with exceptional customer service skills are perferred
    • Applicants with a minimum of 6 months' experience in call centre job will have an added advantage
    • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in ARA DAMANSARA (location of new office), Selangor
    • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
